We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pediatrician to join our dedicated team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare to children and adolescents. In this senior position, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care, leading pediatric initiatives, and mentoring junior staff. Your clinical acumen and leadership will be vital in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and improving health outcomes for our young patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced clinical assessments and management for pediatric patients with complex health needs Lead the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices within the pediatric department Supervise, mentor, and support junior consultants and healthcare staff Engage with families to provide education on health issues and treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes Conduct research and participate in community health initiatives related to pediatric care Stay abreast of advancements in pediatric medicine and promote continuous improvement Medical degree (MD or equivalent) specializing in Pediatrics Board certification in Pediatrics required Minimum of [X years] experience in a pediatric clinical setting, with at least [X years] in a senior or leadership role Demonstrated expertise in pediatric clinical practices and protocols Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with patients and families Proficient in working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Commitment to continued education and professional development in pediatric healthcare Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
