ROLE SUMMARY
You begin with us as somebody who can diagnose client problems and build an actionable plan of action to address identified gaps.
Individual should have an analytical approach to be able to structure ambiguous problems, extract qualitative and quantitative insights from data, and come up with the best solutions that support clients through the required transformation.
You will build network across regions with Aon colleagues and clients to better service their needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We expect you to show ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility. We would love for you to show us depth not only in solution areas but also recommendation on how Aon consulting can use output for client’s business. You will be a part of a highly energized team in consulting and depending on projects you will wear different hats ranging from performing complex analytics to deep diving into research.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Client/Relationship Management: Fosters long term mutually beneficial relationship between client organizations and Aon. Is seen as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints. Is able to fulfil client requests in a timely manner and can co-ordinate with other internal stakeholders to provide an end-to-end solution for client problems.
