Your tasks

• Further develop process management and governance: You will continuously develop company-wide process management and establish standards, methods, role models and governance structures for effective process management.
• Analyze and optimize processes: You will analyze, model, and optimize end-to-end processes according to BPMN 2.0. In doing so, you will create transparency regarding existing workflows, ensure modeling quality, and identify potential for digitalization, automation, and the use of AI.
• Process control and ICS: You integrate process management with the internal control system (ICS), define relevant process indicators and use them for control and performance measurement.
• Process quality and capability: You support specialist departments in building process competence, establish practical standards, and ensure that processes are documented uniformly, further developed, and used sustainably.
• Stakeholder and business-IT interface: You moderate workshops, coordinate with specialist departments and management, and manage requirements at the interface between business and IT.
• Shaping transformation: You actively participate in complex transformation, integration, and strategy projects and advise departments on process improvements and change initiatives.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree, for example in business informatics, computer science, business administration, industrial engineering or organizational development, or a comparable qualification, and also bring several years of professional experience in process management, ideally from the consulting environment, in-house consulting or complex company or group structures.
• Depending on your personal focus, you bring particular strengths in the areas of process mapping, process governance, process excellence, process control, or data-driven process optimization. We welcome diverse experiences and perspectives in our growing team.
• Methodological and tool expertise: You possess excellent knowledge of process modeling according to BPMN 2.0 and are proficient in using process management tools such as SAP Signavio, BIC Process Design, or comparable solutions. Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence completes your profile.
• Analytical and consulting skills: You possess strong analytical abilities, are proficient in working with key performance indicators and data analysis, and have experience in designing and optimizing business processes. Your confident demeanor, as well as your communication, moderation, and consulting skills, help you to win over diverse stakeholders to collaborative solutions.
• Project management and personal responsibility: You work in a structured and independent manner and possess sound project management expertise. Ideally, you are familiar with the real estate industry and have experience with process mining, automation, workflow management, internal control system (ICS) issues, or the development of process excellence, process governance, or center-of-excellence structures.
• You communicate confidently and appropriately on different levels, have a poised and professional demeanor, and possess fluent German skills.
