Job Description AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Program Manager to play a critical role in delivering program and construction management services for the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC). This position offers the opportunity to lead complex infrastructure programs that directly impact regional transportation and safety. Key Responsibilities · Program Leadership: Manage assigned programs and projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with DRJTBC objectives and compliance with contractual obligations. · Contract Administration: Oversee procurement and contracting processes, including drafting scopes, reviewing proposals, and managing vendor performance. · Project Controls & Reporting: Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and progress reports; monitor key performance indicators to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. · Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change orders to maintain project integrity. · Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between DRJTBC, contractors, design consultants, municipalities, and regulatory agencies; facilitate clear and timely communication. · Technical Oversight: Review design and construction documents for compliance with standards and client requirements; provide technical guidance to resolve issues. · Field Engagement: Conduct site visits to bridge facilities to monitor construction activities, verify progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. · Financial Accountability: Track and report on program financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to AECOM’s Program Management agreement. · Client Representation: Attend and lead meetings at DRJTBC headquarters and project sites; represent the client in discussions with elected officials and community stakeholders. · Team Collaboration: Work closely with DRJTBC staff and AECOM program management team to troubleshoot challenges and drive successful outcomes. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 8 years of experience in program or project management within transportation or infrastructure sectors or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Valid U.S Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review Preferred: Proven experience managing project controls, risk mitigation, and contract administration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated experience in managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional Information Relocation is not an option for this position Ability to work on-site in Morrisville, PA 4 days per week and travel to PA/NJ facilities as needed.
