Together with our clients, we develop and implement innovative solutions and business models across the entire operations spectrum (e.g., innovation, research and development, procurement, production/Industry 4.0, supply chain/logistics, service, post-merger integration, product value optimization, digital transformation of business processes, artificial intelligence) – always with the goal of exceeding our clients' expectations. Many of our projects incorporate sustainability aspects. Therefore, we welcome applications from candidates who already have professional experience in sustainability along the value chain and/or a passion for the topic.

Qualifications

  • Excellent degree from a university or international business school
  • Strong interest in combining data science, advanced analytics and AI with classic operational topics such as supply chain management, production and procurement.
  • Ability to translate complex operational problems (e.g., network optimization, inventory management, procurement strategies) into data-driven use cases and digital solutions.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with analytical tools and methods (e.g., Python, R, SQL, LLMs, machine learning) and the motivation to deepen these skills in a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
  • International experience as well as very good German and English skills

The recruitment process for applicants with up to two years of professional experience begins with an analytical test. If you pass this test, you will be invited to an assessment day. Experienced candidates begin the interview process immediately. This typically involves a personality interview and two technical interviews, either on the assessment day or during individually scheduled appointments. In any case, you will receive detailed feedback promptly. If all interviews are successful, the selection process concludes with a meeting with a member of our management team.
