Your tasks:

As part of our Business Transformation Team in Frankfurt/Main, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Munich or Nuremberg, you will advise our clients on complex transformation projects from an entrepreneurial and holistic perspective, using innovative approaches. You will take on a variety of tasks:

• You support national and international companies in demanding transformation and change projects.
• You will be involved in the planning, management and implementation of projects using classic and agile methods, such as Scrum or SAFe.
• You create analyses, presentations and technical concepts and provide support in workshops, meetings and project committees.
• You will support the implementation of project results and rollouts, and gradually take on more responsibility in customer projects.

Your skillset

• You have a successfully completed university degree in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study, as well as at least three years of relevant professional experience in transformation, change or digitization projects.
• You have supported several transformation or digitalization projects through the analysis, conception, and implementation phases. In doing so, you independently managed technical work packages or clearly defined sub-projects, analyzed business processes, developed technical requirements, and drove implementation forward together with specialist departments and IT, gaining initial leadership experience.
• You have experience with both traditional and agile delivery approaches, as well as with Jira and Confluence, and bring this experience from practical project work. We require excellent German and English skills at least at C1 level, a confident demeanor, and a willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
