Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in line with best practices. Provide leadership and clinical guidance to psychiatrists and allied mental health professionals. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure holistic and integrated patient care. Lead initiatives to improve service delivery, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Supervise and support research and training programs to foster continuous professional development. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks. Engage in community outreach and education programs to raise mental health awareness. Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with Board Certification in Psychiatry. Proven experience as a senior consultant or lead psychiatrist in a reputable healthcare facility. Strong clinical expertise in managing complex psychiatric cases and developing innovative treatment approaches. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Experience in research, training, and quality improvement within psychiatric care.
