Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our regulatory consulting business. You will work closely with clients in various capacities, guiding them through the process of achieving demonstrable compliance with regulatory requirements. By implementing robust internal control solutions, you will help clients establish effective governance frameworks and ensure long-term compliance and effective internal control. Your expertise in regulations and industry best practices will ensure clients implement solutions that fully address their governance and compliance challenges. You’ll typically operate in hybrid settings, working both on-site with clients and from our own office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Analyze client situations to identify regulatory impact and opportunities
  • Research and translate new laws and regulations into practical client solutions
  • Design and implement internal control frameworks that ensure compliance
  • Act independently with clients—from problem analysis to project completion
  • Manage your own deliverables and (sub)projects, including guiding team members
  • Coordinate directly with clients on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
  • Prepare and lead client interviews, meetings, and evaluation sessions

In addition to a challenging and rewarding role, you will enjoy significant autonomy in your work. We emphasize a healthy work-life balance, providing ample rest after busy periods. We celebrate your successes and milestones, both personal and professional. You’ll also benefit from:

  • An environment that encourages innovation and initiative.
  • Opportunities to work abroad within our global network (e.g., Singapore, Ireland, Luxembourg, or the Cayman Islands).
  • A annual salary between €47.500 and €80.000.
  • Holiday pay and a 13th-month payment.
  • Monthly allowances for communication, travel, and/or lease.
  • 30 vacation days.
  • A comprehensive pension scheme.
  • A bicycle plan.
  • Continuous professional development through various training and education programs.
  • A beautiful, historic office in Voorburg.
  • Flexible working hours with the option to work part-time and/or remotely.
  • Fun staff events, including an annual (international) team weekend
