The incumbent will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Consultant will operate in a collaborative supporting team environment, ensuring that client objectives are met. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and who wants to make a difference to the Project Management division. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate, consistent, and decision‑ready cost, schedule, and performance reporting across multiple workstreams and packages. Collect, validate, consolidate, and transform data from Finance, Planning, Project Controls, PMCs, and Contractors. Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess performance and trends. Analyze integrated cost, schedule, earned value, and payments data to provide clear, actionable insights for management decision‑making. Develop and maintain executive dashboards and package‑level reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Present performance through monthly bars, cumulative curves, and trend analysis. Ensure consistent application of package, project, and workstream structures, codes, and definitions. Support a single source of truth through standardized templates, data validation, and governance. Align reporting outputs with systems such as Oracle Unifier. Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, clearly explaining performance, variances, and risks. Provide training and coaching to teams to support adoption of new reporting upgrades, processes, and updates. Continuously improve reporting quality, data flows, and dashboard usability. Power BI knowledge required: Star Schema data model (Facts and dimensions, 1:1, 1:M) Data curation in Power Query (Group by, merge vs append, data validation) Ingesting data from on-prem and cloud sources (SharePoint, Excel, Azure, DB…) Good knowledge of DAX (measure vs calculated column, iterators vs aggregations, YTD…) Conditional formatting Visualization and storytelling (drill-through vs drill down, tooltips, bookmarks) Good to have: Knowledge of RLS and how it’s applied Workspace roles and security Qualifications Strong Power BI skills and experience required. BSc Degree in the relevant field is preferred. Minimum 8 years’ post graduate experience is required. Regional experience with professional consultancy is necessary. Knowledge with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and/or other planning and resourcing software. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of project management and Planning software and tools.
