We are looking for a motivated and self-reliant individual to join our team as soon as possible on a part-time basis. Together with your colleagues in the purchasing department, you will be responsible not only for procuring raw materials, packaging materials, and promotional items, but also for planning and managing the flow of goods throughout the entire value chain – from the raw material supplier to production at our contract manufacturers, right up to the timely delivery of the finished product to our warehouse in Greifenberg. Tasks

• Responsibility for the procurement process of raw materials, packaging materials and advertising materials
• Planning and control of the flow of goods across the entire value chain, from the supplier of raw materials through production at our contract manufacturers to timely delivery.
• Creation of demand and production planning from the overarching sales planning
• Intensive communication and collaboration with colleagues from sales, product development and QM/QA

qualification

• Several years of professional experience in purchasing/materials management, preferably in the health products and cosmetics industries
• Proficient use of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Business Central or Navision) and MS Office
• A high degree of independence with the ability to think in a solution-oriented manner and to motivate oneself through success and personal responsibility.
• Negotiation skills combined with a strong cost awareness
• Enthusiastic team player: strong in coordination and communication, independent, hands-on and goal-oriented
