Join our dynamic HR Technology team within Deloitte’s Human Capital practice and help define the Future of Work. As a practice, our Human Capital team is on an exciting journey in growing its capability in the SAP SuccessFactors transformation market and is looking for experienced and enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors professionals. As a recognized ‘Global SAP Partner’ (the highest attainable level of Partner), we provide services to top-tier clients in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, whilst developing innovative solutions on the platform to tackle our clients’ most pressing needs.
About the Role
As a member of the HRT SAP SuccessFactors team, you will work on client-facing projects focused on transforming the HR function through the delivery of enabling technology. Our clients work with us because of our proven capability across organisational design, new HR technology deployments, and HR Service Delivery Models. We believe successful transformation and change is only possible when these elements are viewed holistically and are therefore seeking new members of the HRT SAP SuccessFactors team who can work across both the functional and technical aspects of our projects and contribute towards the end-to-end HR Transformation ambitions of our clients.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Designing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for complex projects, ensuring best practice, quality, and fit-for-purpose outcomes.
  • Leading multiple streams of technical design and delivery activity in collaboration with Program Leadership.
  • Translating functional and technical requirements into sustainable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Providing expert insight into the SAP SuccessFactors platform, associated enterprise technologies, and roadmap.
  • Developing strong client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Preparing high-quality deliverables such as documents and presentations to present client recommendations.
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
  • Assisting with business development by actively contributing to proposals and bids.
  • Contributing to the development of new HR propositions to support our clients and grow our business.
  • Actively involved in the running of the practice.

About You

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and varied environment.
  • Experience in applying design thinking, user experience, and customer-centric design.
  • Proven experience working on end-to-end service delivery implementations.
  • Proficiency in all phases of the development lifecycle and understanding of development practices.
  • Knowledge of integrating SAP SuccessFactors modules into an HRIT landscape.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc would be advantageous, but not necessary.
  • Project Management / Scrum certification would be advantageous, but not necessary.
