Description
As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors / HCM (m/f/d) you are responsible for projects at the national and international level for SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
As part of the project team, you will do valuable work in the area of SAP SuccessFactors and actively support the further development of the portfolio.
You play a central role in SAP SuccessFactors projects and are responsible for the entire project lifecycle. From conception and process optimization to customization and conducting user training, you oversee the entire process. Throughout, you keep a close eye on both the project's financial success and adherence to deadlines.
You develop management and IT concepts and take on consulting functions between the specialist and IT departments throughout the entire life cycle of an employee (hire-to-retire).
