YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors (enabled HR Transformation) , you will play a key role in delivering HR technology solutions across transformation programmes. You’ll bring hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of solutions that improve employee experience and HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting).
• Lead specific workstreams such as functional design, testing, data migration, or integration.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Configure SuccessFactors modules and support deployment activities.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as proposition development, thought leadership, and practice growth.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their development.
