• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering solutions to challenging business problems
• 3-5 years’ experience with the design and implementation of ServiceNow
• Organized and analytical. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence
• Experience in designing, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior consulting experience is an asset.
• Good to have prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology (i.e. JavaScript)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and implement end-user requirements.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow CIS certifications is an asset
• Good to have ITIL 4 certification.
