To strengthen our team, we are looking for a ServiceNow CSM Implementer (m/f/d) to support our customers in implementing and optimising ServiceNow CSM. Deine Aufgaben Building the foundation for modern IT organizations: You design CMDB and CSDM architectures that serve as a true Single Source of Truth—scalable, well-structured, and ready for AI-driven use cases. Bringing transparency to IT infrastructure: By leveraging Discovery, Service Mapping, and intelligent integrations, you create genuine end-to-end visibility across hybrid IT environments. Turning alert chaos into actionable insights: Using Event Management and AIOps approaches, you transform unstructured alerts into meaningful insights—enabling proactive rather than reactive operations. Aligning IT with business: You model business services instead of just systems, laying the foundation for impact analysis, automation, and stable business processes. Driving operational innovation: You evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities such as Generative AI (e.g., Now Assist for ITOM) and demonstrate how they deliver tangible business value. Trusted advisor to customers: You facilitate workshops, advise decision-makers, and develop strategic roadmaps for organizations ranging from mid-sized companies to large enterprises. Dein Profil Several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB. Strong knowledge of CSDM and designing service-oriented architectures. Experience with Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Discovery Patterns, and integrations (e.g., Service Graph Connectors). Ideally certified in ServiceNow CIS Discovery and/or CIS Event Management. Initial experience with AIOps and/or Generative AI (not required but considered a strong advantage). Ability to work effectively with both enterprise stakeholders and mid-sized businesses, adapting your communication and approach accordingly.
