BRIEF ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will primarily be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; to deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. You’ll be Providing Siebel MDM(UCM) / CRM solution designing expertise and leadership to the team working on development and deployment of UCM & CRM programs and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Direct discussions and interactions with client side Business PMs, Architects, consultant, Development teams ensuring all the parties are aligned and working towards the same goal.
• Conduct and facilitate workshops with the Business and IT Stakeholders for solution designs.
• Work with other Technology leads in the team to ensure the different solutions and projects are not in conflict with each other.
• Provide inputs to high level and low level solution design for the solution based on the business/functional requirements. Identify and address technical dependencies.
• Active participation in design and architecture reviews of projects and enhancement changes
• Responsible for producing estimates and inputs to requirements for future projects and enhancements. Must ensure this is with input from the team and that all estimates are achievable and realistic.
• Ensure continuous improvement and pre-emptive maintenance around the environment
• Strong focus on continuous improvement where a combination of expert team resources and the right infrastructure implementation represents lower operational cost and risk to the organization
• Ensure activities and deliverables conform to the agreed standards, success criteria and deadlines for the project or work stream
• Own and prepare business proposals & roadmaps for the internal and external customers

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
