CORE MISSION: A Consultant is responsible for providing expert-level insight, mentorship, and technical guidance. Using extensive A/E/C industry knowledge, a Consultant reviews project requirements and constraints, recommends alternatives, improves processes, supports Quality Assurance, advises on regulatory requirements, and contributes to project delivery goals and objectives.  REQUIREMENTS:  * Extensive professional experience with advanced studies and certifications in business, sustainability, or project management is required.  * A bachelor’s degree, or advanced degree, in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field is beneficial.   SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:  * Industry experience with full life cycle project delivery for utility infrastructure and site development.  * Industry experience with program-level management, standards, workflows, and processes.  * Industry experience with risk assessment, feasibility studies, and peer reviews.  * Industry experience with permitting, code compliance, environmental impacts and value engineering.  * Ability to problem-solve, communicate and collaborate with peers and project stakeholders.  EXPECTATIONS FOR THE "SENIOR" TITLE * Are proactive professionals with demonstrated, mastered and proficient abilities across project planning, technical aptitude and teamwork. * Are responsible for complex assignments that require experience in forecasting resources, anticipating issues and completing quality control. * Has at least 12 years of relevant experience. LOCATION * This position is in person at the Headquarters office in Clovis, California and requires travel for meetings and site visits.
