We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. Business: CIB HBEU Technology Principal responsibilities The role is responsible to participate in HSBCnet Quarterly major releases, Monthly Release and Weekly implementations, such as liaise with business release management, IT operations, IT project teams to guarantee smooth and timely delivery of the software features release.(i.e. Projects on business growth, customer commitment, regulatory and service resilience). Responsible to drive the overall scopes review for each Monthly Release, coordinate the End-to-End implementation on Monthly Release weekend, continuous follow up with quality control of Monthly releases post the implementations. Responsible for continuous improvement for the implementation quality and the release delivery process, including: Consultancy service for complex implementation Review deployment-related major incident and follow up for prevention Process re-engineering and streamlining. Demonstrates excellent knowledge of Release and implementation Management Framework, supporting the creation of detailed implementation plans including key activities, milestones critical path, provide options/resolution for conflict analyze. Qualifications A university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline At least 10+ years IT working experience Excellent communication skills in English speaking and strong business writing skills Excellent problem solving skills in a timely manner Excellent Release Management or Implementation Management or Project Management skill Excellent ability to decision Making Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills Excellent capability to work independently and effectively under pressure Open-minded, reliable and independent Experience with knowledge Java,Mainframe,MQ,API,GCP, Database, WAS, NodeJS, Linux/Unix operation system..etc will be an advantage Experience on banking / HSBC and understanding of how change drives benefits for HSBC, its customers and other stakeholders will be an advantage Experience on Tooling will be an advantage. e.g. SharePoint, Nintex, VBA ..etc Experience on data analyze will be an advantage Experience on HSBCnet will be an advantage About HSBC Technology China We develop, implement and support software and IT services and processes that allow HSBC to remain at the forefront of high-quality banking systems.
