We are looking for a sharp, curious, and impact-driven Senior Consultant to join our Strategy & Transformation team, working within our Sustainability & Climate practice. We partner with clients across the public and private sectors to solve complex challenges and unlock sustainable value, whether it’s defining bold strategic direction, delivering major transformations, or responding to emerging policy and market shifts.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in project delivery, including shaping key deliverables, leading workstreams, and guiding junior team members. Beyond project work, you will also contribute to business development, thought leadership, and team sales.

Leading problem-solving across strategy and transformation projects, structuring ambiguity, analysing strategic options, and shaping actionable recommendations
Working largely independently to lead workstreams, manage timelines, deliverables, and team members while keeping a clear line of sight to client impact
Facilitating workshops and discussions, helping clients align around their goals and make well-informed decisions
Contributing to business development through proposal writing, relationship management, and the development of service offerings
Working collaboratively across teams, drawing on expertise in areas such as climate, innovation, digital, and design to deliver holistic solutions
Supporting junior team members in the delivery of work and coaching them to develop their own strategy consulting capabilities
