- Should have prior working experience on Application Production Support Level 2 owning the issue and troubleshooting them and not passing them on to upstream or downstream teams after initial investigation.
- Should be proficient in English.
- Should have good hands-on experience in SQL, MS SQL Server Oracle other RDBMS MS SQL preferred Unix Linux Shell Scripting.
- Should have Knowledge on 3dns Clustering and how it works.
- Should have good knowledge on any MQ Series NDM IBM Connect Direct Kafka RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge on scheduling tool such as Autosys Control M
- Should know the ITIL fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of ITRS or any of the monitoring tools ITRS Monitoring AppDynamics Elastic Search Splunk.
- Working knowledge on ServiceNow or any other ticketing tool.
- Should have good understanding experience on Disaster Recovery tests.
- Should be able to work in flexible and adaptable to business needs.
- Well versed with Incident life cycle management Problem life cycle management and PMR process.
- Should be flexible for shift working.
- Well versed with Change management cycle Releases and Deployments Working experience with any of the automated deployment tool such as Udeploy.
- Good eye to debug the root cause and provide a temporary and permanent solution.
- Should have ability to coordinate with L3 and development team to provide and implement solutions.
- Good to have Understanding experience in Windows servers services runs on Widows servers.
