TITLE: SENIOR CONSULTANT-TALENT ACQUISITION

As the Senior Consultant - Talent Acquisition, you will report directly to the COO of Fabric Group and play a pivotal role of trusted advisor and business partner to management executives and project leads in all matters related to the full cycle of hiring. Contribute to the continuous workforce growth of Fabric Group through delivering efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment solutions.

BUSINESS NEEDS IDENTIFICATION

• Collaborate with management executives and project leads to understand and identify role/candidate requirements and finalise job description
• Provide consultative advice and tailored recruitment strategies to ensure the successful execution of recruiting aimed at achieving required hiring needs
• Be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising referral program to increase the effectiveness of hiring process
