We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services. Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Advise on various corporate and international tax matters such as treaty interpretation, BEPS/Pillar Two, and withholding tax. Proficient in providing insights and recommendations based on in-depth analysis of complex tax regulations and laws. Review contracts for tax implications and recommend risk mitigations. Support M&A and restructuring with tax planning and diligence. Prepare client deliverables (memos, presentations) and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Track legislative changes and draft client alerts. Leverage tax technology for analytics and process efficiency. Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to international tax standards across jurisdictions.
