The team leverages enterprise and innovative technologies to deliver practical solutions to clients. This is a hybrid position based in Naarm - Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.   Your key responsibilities   Providing a service to some of the world’s largest corporations in response to the impact of existing and emerging technology, including the growing data burden that many businesses face; Help businesses navigate the digital age, alongside new trends in tax compliance and tax audit methods; You will also have the opportunity to assist in implementing tax technology projects such as: Intelligent Automation solutions; Enterprise technology project for Tax (i.e ERP and Enterprise performance management "EPM" tools - e.g. Tagetik, SAP PaPM Anaplan, Oracle TRCS, OneStream) Tax governance solutions (usually based on Microsoft SharePoint) Tax analytics and reporting enhancement, including direct and indirect tax systems implementation and configuration; Tax operating model transformation Tax Generative AI use cases   Skills and attributes for success   3 years of similar professional experience in a consulting or corporate environment; A degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Experience working in a tax compliance role Business analysis skills Familiarity with Tax Technology tools and platforms, data analysis software (Power BI, Tableau), automation capabilities (Alteryx), Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint or programming languages (JavaScript, Python, SQL); A natural flair for problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to work; Demonstrated ability to be a team player, working harmoniously with diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.   What we offer you   At EY, we’ll fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
