Description
Requisition Id : 1646656 Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java applications with BDD frameworks (Cucumber). Write and execute BDD test scenarios aligned with business requirements. Create and manage Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and deployment tasks. Integrate and manage messaging systems like IBM MQ and Apache Kafka. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning). Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with Capital Markets standards. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Java and Cucumber (BDD). Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux scripting. Knowledge of IBM MQ and Apache Kafka for messaging. Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools (JIRA, Confluence). Understanding of Capital Markets domain (trading, settlements, risk management). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Java development. Experience in BDD frameworks and test automation. Exposure to financial services or Capital Markets domain. Preferred Attributes: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
