Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments of current technology landscapes to inform strategic recommendations. Proficient in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage for clients. Strong understanding of best practices in technology implementation and change management within consulting engagements. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions aligned with client goals.
