Description:
Reporting to the Practice lead, the Senior Consultant, (TPA) Third Party Administration is responsible for providing superb services and solutions to clients of varied size, with International & National Benefits needs. This includes inpatriate Provincial replacement services as well as extended health care solutions while in Canada.
The goal is to maintain positive client relationships, help clients know about all the Cowan services, and help colleagues thrive and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and build strong client, partner and carrier relationships;
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Third-Party Administration and Claims Payment operations;
- Develop and provide client-specific ongoing competitive plan design and concepts;
- Provide ongoing education, support and guidance via in-person and virtual meeting to established client contacts in Canada, and globally;
- Apply strategic account management principles to achieve sales initiatives and execute a sales plan;
- Identify Cowan cross-selling opportunities within a block of clients;
- Develop an in-depth understanding of offering provincial replacement coverage;
- Take initiative seeking out business development opportunities;
- Contribute to peer group through Consultant meetings, and collaboration
