In this role, you’ll l manage quantitative research projects from design through to delivery—turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients. You’ll work with a range of leading organisations, applying your analytical skills, marketing thinking and behavioural insight to solve real business challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced consultants in a collaborative, high-performing team environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and deliver quantitative research projects end-to-end Analyse data and uncover meaningful insights Translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations for clients Apply frameworks, behavioural thinking and marketing insight to analysis Work closely with colleagues and clients to solve complex problems ABOUT YOU You’re a strong quantitative researcher who enjoys turning data into compelling stories. You’ll bring: 2–5 years’ experience in a research agency or commercial insights environment A relevant degree (e.g. statistics, marketing, psychology, economics or social sciences) Strong quantitative analysis and data interpretation skills Experience designing and delivering quantitative research projects The ability to translate complex findings into clear insights and recommendations Curiosity, creativity and a genuine interest in understanding people At TRA you’ll work alongside some of the smartest people in the industry, tackling interesting problems for leading organisations.
