They are multi-faceted people who have a good knowledge of the day-to-day workings of an organization and certainly have a great ability to analyse different aspects of business operations. They combine analytical rigor, curiosity, and people-centric thinking to support organizations from C-level strategic design all the way to hands-on implementation. They work on Target Operating Models, organizational design, process optimization, and transformation programs, making change meaningful, structured, and sustainable. OK, BUT MORE PRECISELY? THEY SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH THEIR TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY Understanding and analyzing organizations ➡ Assess current organizational structures, governance, and roles ➡ Analyze end-to-end processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies & improvement levers ➡ Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support recommendations Designing the Target Operating Model ➡ Co-create future-state org designs with C-level leaders ➡ Define roles & responsibilities, governance frameworks and reporting lines ➡ Clarify capabilities, competencies and workforce needs ➡ Translate strategy into an actionable blueprint for execution Supporting implementation & adoption ➡ Develop transition plans, process improvements and implementation roadmaps ➡ Facilitate workshops, working sessions and stakeholder alignment ➡ Prepare clear, sharp and engaging presentations for leadership teams ➡ Coordinate change activities, communication, training and readiness Driving impact at every step ➡ Track results, monitor risks, and ensure alignment across workstreams ➡ Challenge status quo with a constructive and analytical mindset ➡ Build trust with internal and client teams ➡ Contribute to continuous improvement and long-term sustainability And of course… ➡ Onboard, coach and inspire younger consultants as you grow ➡ Support internal initiatives, methodology development & knowledge sharing OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE? You hold a Master’s degree in a field you enjoy: Economics, Business, Engineering, HR/Organizational Studies, Public Administration, Psychology, Finance… we’re quite open. You speak English and French, German or Dutch.
