Specifically, when you join the Value Chain & ESG Transformation team in Bologna, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business innovation and evolution;
- Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and data-driven decision making;
- Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program and empower resources through Change Management initiatives;
- Integrate sustainability to enhance business performance, compliance and foster long-term value generation.

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
- A master’s degree in Management Engineering;
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in a consulting firm or well-structured corporations;
- Leadership abilities in coordinating teams and in management complex situations;
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills;
- An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad;
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
