Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Regional Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator** to support the Regional Sales Head and Regional Director. The role involves sales coordination, internal reporting, client visit support, and strong stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in **MS Excel**, comfortable with **PowerPoint presentations**, and capable of managing sales-related data and reports efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Act as a key support to the **Regional Sales Head and Regional Director** for day-to-day sales operations * Coordinate sales activities, follow-ups, and internal communication across teams * Prepare and maintain **sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and MIS** using MS Excel * Create and update **client presentations, proposals, and management decks** using PowerPoint * Assist in **client meetings and visits** along with the Regional Director, including preparation of meeting materials and post-meeting documentation * Track sales pipeline, opportunities, and deal progress * Ensure accurate and timely internal reporting to management * Liaise with internal teams such as finance, delivery, and operations to support sales requirements * Maintain client and sales data in CRM or internal systems * Support compliance, documentation, and process adherence related to sales activities Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis) * Good working knowledge of **MS PowerPoint** for professional presentations * Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** * Strong organizational and coordination abilities * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to **travel for client visits** with senior sales leadership as required Preferred Skills * Prior experience in a **sales coordination or sales support role** * Exposure to IT services or technology consulting organizations * Experience with CRM tools and internal reporting systems
