WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients through WFM and Timekeeping transformation initiatives—helping organizations adopt innovative strategies and technologies to drive change and enhance scheduling and payroll service delivery.

  • Support the delivery of WFM transfation projects, ensuring work aligns with client objectives and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to assess current WFM processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the design of future-state WFM operating models.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate insights to inform WFM strategies and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on WFM trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and share relevant knowledge with clients and team members.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project deliverables, presentations, and client communications.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as a reliable point of contact for WFM transformation topics.

ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • You are someone with:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
  • 4-7 years of experience in HR or WFM consulting, WFM transformation, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting complex WFM transformation projects or process improvement initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of WFM processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Interest or experience in the latest WFM technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) applications within WFM.
