REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3+ years experience with Payroll, HRIS, or Workforce Management: You don’t need to be an expert (yet!), but a foundational understanding of these areas is great. Whether you’ve worked with payroll systems, HRIS, or program management, we want to hear how you can contribute.
Project Management: You’ve been a project SME or lead and are looking to expand in this area. You’re eager for the chance to demonstrate your experience and learn from seasoned professionals while stepping forward to lead opportunities in program delivery.
Natural Curiosity: You’re constantly learning, exploring new ideas, and asking questions. Whether it’s understanding how tech can improve processes or figuring out how to streamline a workflow, your curiosity will help drive your success.
Positive and Collaborative: You bring a “can-do” attitude to the team. You’re excited to collaborate with others, share ideas, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture.
Desire to Grow: You’re looking for a role that will allow you to develop and expand your skills, whether that’s in payroll, HRIS, project management, or all of the above. You’re excited about where this path can take you and what you can deliver.
Relationship Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Collaborative Consulting: Work alongside experienced team members to help clients improve their technology landscape, workforce management processes, payroll function or even lead a large-scale implementation. You’ll provide valuable insights and contribute to designing and implementing smarter, more efficient systems, ways of working and client outcomes.
