Description

As part of the health & benefits team, this role is primarily to develop and grow our H&B business in Malaysia. This would include active business development and pipeline management, provide technical training, client sales/ servicing support and to deliver on H&B strategy and BD projects. The Role * Support health & benefits projects and proposals development * Project delivery and account management. This would include serving as the contact for internal stakeholders and clients on delivery of services. * Sales management, ensuring the progress against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards * Develop benefits propositions, liaising & negotiating with stakeholders and prepare client solutions & recommendations. This would include (but not limited to) day to day vendor collaboration, building/refining processes and developing marketing/sales materials * Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Practice Leader * Revenue Target for H&B consulting projects and fee/commission based brokerage clients * Manage an active and healthy sales pipeline that is aligned to revenue target * Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries * Analyse and compare vendor products, services and contracts * Design, distribute and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs * Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and clients regarding data collection and project execution * Maintain and update of all sales material * Claims analysis report writing * Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams * Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels * Responding knowledgeably and quickly to champion questions
