Configure Inc is seeking a Senior Consulting Architect to lead complex projects involving planning, design, installation, and level 3 technical support of Datacenter technology solutions with a focus on but not limited to network stability, scalability, and compliance. The Senior Consulting Architect focuses on continuous operations, incident, implementation, maintaining, supporting, network devices within an organization or between organizations. Assume responsibility for key client networks, accountable for maintenance and improvement.
In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. The main goal is to act as the highest level of Technically Capable individual to troubleshoot and resolve the High severity Incidents and outages in the customer’s production environment while maintaining highest level of compliance adhering to Company Policies and Procedure by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• 12+ years’ experience in Network engineering and Datacenter routing/switching responsible primarily for managing client’s network across DCs
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert across multiple teams and organizations. Is looked upon to solve the engineering problems
• Proven incident and problem solving (troubleshooting) skills with an emphasis on a timely and accurate resolution and root cause determination of network related problems
• Proficiency at the techniques that go into the formulation of architectures, including requirements discovery and analysis, application of abstraction, formulation of solution context, solution alternatives identification and assessment, technology selection, and architectural configuration
• Practical skills and experience with many network applications and infrastructure products, technologies, and services
• Must be able to provide technical leadership for network integration of cross tower services, and transform high-level network solutions into detailed implementation designs
• Must be able to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate standards in the creation and implementation of the solution whenever project requirements call for or would benefit from the use of standards
• Must be able to demonstrate mastery of written and verbal communication skills which include the ability to stay on subject, leverage the use of good feedback, and use content appropriate for the audience
• Experience supporting enterprise customers and their demanding requirements
