You will enter the fast-paced, multinational environment of the Business Group Grooming & Beauty at the Philips Headquarters in Amsterdam. The OneBlade Business Category team within Business Group Grooming & Beauty. Philips is a leader in this segment with a healthy business and ambitious future global plans. You will report to the Consumer Marketing Director and be working in a network of various stakeholders based in the Netherlands and in key overseas markets (e.g., marketing specialists, key account managers). Your role: As a Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, Portfolio Excellence OneBlade you will focus on: Drive global performance of the category, identify business opportunities and risks, prepare and deliver growth plans and mitigations actions, in close collaboration with regions. Ensure delivery of maximum value of the portfolio, driving strategic choices and securing right levels of investments. Define go-to-market requirements to play and win in category, including defining NPI criteria for launch, preparing, and handshaking launch and go-to-market plan with regions. Define global portfolio channelization for the consolidated portfolio via ZBA methodology by understanding key price points, the role of each customer, commercial strategy, among others in all key regions, as part of the go-to-market plan. Develop and execute commercial strategies for existing portfolio, including planning and coordinating key sales moments and global promo strategy, based on a solid understanding of promo effectiveness Ensure portfolio health, via streamlining current portfolio, driving SKU efficiency, managing C-tail, Establish business category commercial guidelines including wider, deeper, and visible distribution, setting the right KPIs. Interact with various disciplines including Regional business category leaders, marketing management, marketing communication, S&OP, customers, internal and external agencies and international sales organizations. You're the right fit if: A completed master’s degree in business administration, marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record Minimum 7 years of experience in a international business environment in the field of consumer marketing or product management (experience with personal care products is a plus) Experience with category management in the regions or global headquarter. Proven track record with global consumer/retail brands with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets. Highly entrepreneurial; both analytical and hands-on to driving business growth (result oriented) Ability to take calculated risk, think creatively whilst being firm enough to make, and act upon, clear decisions. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, ability to work with people of different seniority and backgrounds, informing, influencing, convincing, presenting, project management Business fluency in English (written & verbal) How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
