ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Arcadis is currently seeking a Senior Contaminated Sites Professional (CSAP) for our Vancouver office in British Columbia. This position will integrate into a well-developed team of environmental engineers and scientists to provide technical support and leadership for supporting our different global business areas and multiple sectors. The successful candidate will lead programs and projects strongly focused on high quality of work, innovation, efficiency and productive client relationships. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The successful candidate will provide leadership and technical expertise in support of ongoing Arcadis pursuits and environmental projects in various sectors including mining; oil and gas, infrastructure, brownfields and industrial re-development; utility, and power. They will assist with developing, mentoring and providing necessary oversight of multi-disciplinary teams with senior, junior and intermediate staff for carrying out various technical tasks and field programs for contaminated environmental management, site investigations, feasibility studies, and remediation design and implementation, construction monitoring, obtaining environmental permits/approvals for construction and monitoring for compliance with permit conditions.
