COMPENSATION RANGE: $55 - 70 PER HOUR

Are you a Senior Content Designer ready to shape the future of AI? Our client, a global tech leader known for its Virtual First culture, is looking for a Senior Content Designer to join its close-knit, collaborative team.
As a Senior Content Designer on the Dash team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the UX for the next generation of AI-powered products. You’ll craft content strategies and UX writing that make complex AI feel simple, helpful, and trustworthy. This role focuses on high-impact growth areas, including onboarding and activation, and will directly contribute to making work more intuitive and human for hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
You’ll partner closely with product designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers, bringing a user-focused point of view to every project. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for craft and a commitment to lifting up their teammates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of professional writing experience, with at least 5 years focused on in-product content.
  • A knack for crafting end-to-end experiences and translating technical talk into “people speak”.
  • Proven ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers.
  • A portfolio of content design that demonstrates your skills and experience.Experience working on zero-to-one (0
  • 1) products or on productivity tools/AI-powered products is a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Professional writing experience, with at least 5 years focused on in-product content.
  • UX & Content Strategy.
  • AI/Productivity Tools Experience.
