Collaborate across product design: Work side-by-side with designers, product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers to shape features from concept to release. Bring clarity to complexity: Translate technical concepts into intuitive content and patterns that guide users with confidence. Build scalable systems: Contribute to content standards, patterns, and design systems so teams across ServiceNow can deliver consistent, high-quality experiences. Write and refine UI content: Craft the in-product words that make experiences clear and helpful. Champion users: Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and rooted in research and feedback. Solve for challenges users tell us they have. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, copywriting, or related field; B2B experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid understanding of English grammar, structure, and punctuation Working knowledge of design principles and methods, and tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, Invision) Basic Qualifications: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency) Additional Information Work Personas We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
