Description
About the role You own the end-to-end delivery of Seven Peaks events and the content around them, before, during, and after. Your job is to keep our events consistently high quality, on-brand, and well attended, while turning each event into reusable content that builds brand awareness and drives measurable outcomes, lead generation for the business and talent attraction for recruitment. You work closely with the Chief Design Officer on direction and quality, but you run the day-to-day without needing hands-on management. You are expected to track performance data, analyze results, and make strategic and tactical decisions to hit agreed KPIs. Our program includes multiple formats and you will plan, produce, and optimize across them: Talent and recruitment talks (more technical, targeted at engineers, designers, and practitioners). Business talks and leadership panels (executive-focused, trend and strategy topics aligned to our services). Large networking events (200 to 300 decision makers, higher production and sponsorship intensity). Partner workshops (often daytime, sometimes as a follow-on to a public event) designed to go deeper with demos and practical enablement, and to convert interest into qualified opportunities for partners and Seven Peaks. Responsibilities Build and run the annual event calendar (themes, formats, cadence, and target audiences), spanning recruitment talks, business panels, large networking events, and partner workshops. Research industry trends and propose event topics that align with Seven Peaks services and point of view. Source speakers and maintain a speaker database for future reuse (internal and external). Own speaker management end-to-end: briefs, timelines, reminders, asset collection (photo, bio, outline, slide deadlines), rehearsal scheduling, and escalation when quality or timing slips. Coach speakers to be clear and approachable (not too technical, not too shallow), and push for stronger narratives when needed. Manage event operations: venue readiness, AV, catering, staffing, run-of-show, registration flow, signage, and attendee communications. Coordinate promotion with Marketing/PR: event page copy, social posts, email pushes, partner posts, and (when relevant) paid support. Produce content that extends the event: technical recaps, deeper articles, speaker highlights, short social extracts, and post-event nurture content. Coordinate with the design team for social and event collateral, drive the brief and deadlines. Own sponsorship pipeline end-to-end: proactively identify and approach prospects, support sponsorship packages and pitches, and work to secure sponsors to help fund and elevate events. Deliver sponsor commitments: align deliverables, coordinate assets, and ensure sponsor visibility is delivered cleanly. Track outcomes and report: attendance, engagement, lead signals, content performance, and concrete recommendations for the next iteration. Build systems: templates, checklists, timelines, and documentation so events become repeatable and easier over time. Qualifications 5+ years in event management and content marketing (B2B tech, product, consulting, or agency environment preferred). Native Thai speaker is mandatory, and a fluent professional of written and spoken English is essential. Proven experience running events end-to-end, including speaker management, production logistics, and post-event reporting. Strong writing and editing skills (event pages, social copy, recap articles that explain concepts, not just “what happened”). Able to adapt tone and clarity for different audiences: executives, practitioners, partners, and internal teams. Comfortable with project tracking (Jira or equivalent), content workflows, basic analytics, and CRM hygiene. Additional skills Speaker wrangling: proactive follow-up, clear expectations, firmness on deadlines, and quality coaching. Content strategy: can turn one event into a week or two of high-signal content across channels. Operational excellence: timelines, checklists, vendor coordination, budget awareness. Stakeholder confidence: comfortable pushing back respectfully to protect quality and clarity. Data comfort: can read basic performance signals and turn them into next actions (not just reporting numbers).
