We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives to grow brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. You will work closely with the product marketing, revenue marketing, corporate marketing, and marketing operations teams to plan, create, distribute, and measure the impact of content along the buyers’ journeys. If you have a passion for storytelling that leads to audience engagement and lead conversion, then this is the role for you.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across textual, audio, and visual formats.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience with developing content at a B2B SaaS or tech company targeting business and technical personas.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO/AIO best practices, keyword and LLM ranking research, and content optimization across various distribution channels.
  • Strong understanding of content strategies and tactics designed for pipeline progression and lead conversion.
  • Demonstrated track record of working cross-functionally and managing a broad set of internal and external stakeholders.
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $125,000 and $145,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
Responsibilities
  • Define and own the overall content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify key content themes, formats, and distribution channels to reach target audiences and align the content plans across the customer journey.
  • Develop and manage the content marketing strategy to support SEO/AIO, brand awareness, lead generation, and product education.
  • Curate and own the marketing editorial calendar to orchestrate publication of content across the company’s key messaging vehicles. Maintain editorial standards, brand voice, and tone to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including major reports, top-of-funnel assets, videos, blogs, email, newsletters, and social media.
  • Drive the content roadmaps by collaborating with internal cross-functional stakeholders (product marketing, product, sales, customer success) to develop messaging and content that resonates with target personas.
  • Establish content governance processes (review cycles, approval, compliance).
  • Plan and develop content geared for impact on SEO/AIO, and manage distribution across owned and earned channels.
  • Partner with execs/SMEs to create thought leadership content (bylines, speaking abstracts, contributed articles).
  • Monitor and analyze content performance as part of ongoing content strategy development and execution.
  • Recruit and manage external writers, designers, and video producers as needed.
