Description

The Senior Content Marketing Manager will support the Director of Content in the editorial oversight and management of content created by the Content Marketing Team, including light project management for larger content initiatives. The role will also create content tailored for diverse audiences (including prospective accredited investors, current investors, prospective borrowers, and financial advisors).
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in long-form and short-form copywriting, researching market trends to support investment strategies, and creating materials such as presentation decks, ad content (including podcast scripts), and more.
Reporting directly to the Director of Content, the Senior Content Marketing Manager will execute strategies across various content pillars, working closely with the broader marketing team and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED: (REQUIREMENTS)

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong command of language and financial terminology with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Excellent research skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and market data. Ability to integrate insights and data into content to enhance value and credibility.
  • Able to version content for multiple audiences and distribution channels, understanding the nuances of each.
  • Previous experience in copywriting for real estate investment products catering to accredited investors.
  • Experience with both short and long-form content, especially promotional emails.
  • Experience with Google Suite and monday.com preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic content planning.

Responsibilities

  • Write both short and long-form copy, with an emphasis on email copywriting.
  • Research market trends as needed to support messaging around DLP Capital’s investment strategy.
  • Develop content for marketing collateral including ads, brochures, and other promotional materials, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain high standards for content accuracy and clarity, consistently applying feedback from stakeholders to improve future content.
  • Serve as brand steward of DLP Capital content across teams, ensuring a consistent voice, tone, and style across materials and outlets.
  • Support the DLP Quarterly Impact Report, including conducting internal interviews, gathering necessary information from stakeholders, and copywriting.
