Description monday.com is looking for a creative and strategic senior content marketing manager to own content for monday service, our fast-growing product built to empower any team to deliver exceptional service at scale with powerful AI workflows. In this role, you’ll be the go-to content partner for the monday service product team—from setting a content strategy that supports the product’s strategy, to bringing it to life by creating crisp, engaging content. You’ll collaborate with product marketing, design, brand, demand generation, and sales to create high-impact content that drives awareness, adoption, and love for the product. About The Role Responsibilities: Lead the content strategy and execution for monday service, aligning closely with product marketing to deeply understand the product’s positioning, target audience, and business goals. Write and optimize a variety of assets—website copy, video scripts, ad copy, email flows, long-form content, and more—that bring monday service’s value to life. Translate product messaging into human, benefit-driven storytelling that helps service teams see how monday.com can transform their day-to-day. Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to optimize content impact and quality. Leverage AI to create, optimize, and scale content efforts Requirements Requirements: Native English speaker (required) 4+ years of experience in content marketing for B2B SaaS (bonus if you’ve supported a product or demand generation team) Skilled at turning complex product features into simple, clear, and engaging messaging Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once Strategic thinker with an eye for detail—and a love for great copy Collaborative, fast learner, and comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment Social Title None Social Description None Our Team None Position Type None
