Senior Content Officer, Arc Learning

The Senior Content Officer, Arc Learning, is responsible for delivering expert content management support for the Department’s Arc platform. The successful applicant will:

• Facilitate the development of high-quality, curriculum-aligned content across the Arc platform, with a focus on content for Arc Learning.
• Train and support content owners to develop accessible, search engine-optimised (SEO) content that meets Victorian Government digital standards.
• Develop a content and communications schedule aligned with priority projects.
• Collaborate as part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team, contributing to shared deliverables.
• Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices.

This is a full-time, fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2026.
