Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute a global content strategy aligned with our brand positioning, customer journeys, and business goals
  • Translate brand and product value propositions into messaging frameworks, editorial calendars, and creative content direction
  • Collaborate with key internal partners - including Activation & Omnichannel, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Support - to ensure a consistent and impactful content presence
  • Monitor performance, optimize continuously, and adapt strategy to evolving audience needs and market dynamics

YOUR TASKS

  • Own and direct content strategy across platforms and customer lifecycle touchpoints
  • Manage the global content calendar, coordinating briefs, formats, and timelines
  • Provide brand-aligned content guidance to stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Identify content gaps, opportunities, and trends, and evolve the strategy with a forward-looking approach
  • Evaluate content performance in collaboration with analytics teams and act on insights
  • Guide and support internal and external content creators, writers, and agencies to ensure tone, clarity, and consistency
  • Partner with designers and creatives to deliver high-impact content experiences
  • Ensure content complies with governance guidelines and policies, working with legal and compliance when needed
