About this role: This newly created position will develop marketing content and strategy with a client-centric focus for Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses. Collaborating with leaders across CIB, this individual will create forward-thinking content that drives thought leadership, deepens client engagement, and enhances industry credibility. This position is available in Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; or Washington, DC, and offers a hybrid work schedule. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Lead Marketing Consultant. In this role, you will: Develop strategic content marketing initiatives that drive awareness of CIB’s growth and stature Develop multi-channel, brand-building content that brings strategic initiatives to life, both on your own and in partnership with external agencies Optimize CIB content across all touchpoints; ensuring it’s tailored to the specific characteristics and expectations of each format (i.e. print, digital, television/video, podcasts, social media, whitepapers, newsletters, webinars and events) Leverage qualitative and quantitative data for content decisions and design recommendations Partner with UX designers to deliver best-in-class user experience that increases engagement, followership and impressions Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Experience crafting brand-building content strategies for investment banks, asset managers, and B2B financial services organizations Desired Qualifications: Experience optimizing content across all touchpoints and delivery vehicles Experience mapping content to user intent and adapting UX end-to-end processes Experience presenting creative ideas and effectively influencing decision makers Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers Office Locations & Pay Ranges: 401 South Tryon Street - Charlotte, NC ($139,000 - $217,000) 600 South 4th Street - Minneapolis, MN ($153,000 - $239,000) 150 East 42nd Street - New York, NY ($167,000 - $260,000) 1700 K Street, NW - Washington, DC ($167,000 - $260,000) Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
