  • Skills:
    o Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    o Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive copy.
    o Strong knowledge of luxury branding and lifestyle positioning.
    o Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content strategies.
    o Creative thinker with attention to detail and storytelling finesse.

o Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Storytelling: Create powerful, emotive, and aspirational copy that communicates the vision and lifestyle of luxury master-planned communities and landmark projects.
  • Project Launches: Develop naming, tsaglines, launch campaigns, brochures, press releases, and sales collateral tailored to each development.
  • Digital Content: Write web copy, SEO content, social media captions, blog articles, video scripts, and email campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Sales & Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content for presentations, project briefs, and advertising.
  • Editorial Consistency: Ensure tone, style, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms in line with the company’s brand identity.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct research on lifestyle, architecture, luxury trends, and competitor activity to bring fresh, relevant ideas to campaigns.
    Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to refine content strategies that resonate with international and regional audiences.
