As a Senior Continuous Improvement Advisor, you will lead CI program development and implementation for assigned areas, promote the training and development of continuous improvement team members, collaborate with other CI Senior Advisors to build standards to span all CI teams, and apply the Cleveland Clinic Improvement Model (CCIM) to build and advance the capabilities of caregivers. It’s vital that the caregiver in this role demonstrates team collaboration and effectively balances multiple expectations across CCHS functions while improving standards and advancing CI tools.
