Senior Contract Analyst Location: Remote Compensation: $67,832.76 - $94,212.17 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.  Employment Type: Full-Time What you can expect as the Senior Contract Analyst at Fortress…  The Senior Contract Analyst is the face of Fortress with respect to the negotiation of security contracts between our clients and their vendors as well as the review of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). The Contract Analyst will review redlines proposed by vendors for our client's security control supplements. In addition, this role will review NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) requests from vendors.   Responsibilities Include: * Support the team in supplying exceptional client service.   * Initiate reviews of our clients' contracts with their vendors and as needed, set up first kick off calls with vendors.   * Develop contract negotiation matrices with our clients.   * Respond to contract negotiations with the vendors.   * Review NDAs provided by vendors as well as redlines to our standard NDAs.   * Supply NDAs ready for signature to the VP (Voluntary Plan) of SCRM.   * Respond to high level vendor questions.    * Support with sales enablement activities as needed.   * Provide guidance to team of contract analysts.  Minimum Qualifications: * At least 5 years' experience reviewing third party contracts – the cyber security requirements.   * At least 5 years' experience reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).   * Excellent communication skills (oral and written).   * Basic cybersecurity knowledge; exposure to information security field.   * Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Google products and other business software.   * Ability to organize, ability to communicate in writing, ability to problem solve, ability to be attentive, ability to perform, ability to analyze, ability to make decisions, ability to work in a team setting, ability to work independently.   * The ability to work both independently and as a team member while being the services of Fortress with the highest level of professionalism.
