JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of contract negotiations, execution, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of contract law, enabling them to mitigate risks while ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. This role is pivotal in maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders while driving the organisation’s strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
