Responsibilities:

AS A SENIOR CONTRACT PERFORMANCE MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • All contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site.
  • Performing in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
  • Assuring timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.
  • Adhering to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.
  • Performing proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision ·
  • Providing support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters.
  • Communicating across direct organization.
  • Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
  • Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Have minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Have experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment industry.
  • Have fluency in English.
  • Have willingness to travel as required.
